Come and join our Tuesday Breakfast Seminar, where we will share the latest feature updates of the new version of Spectronaut proteomics software (Spectronaut 13.0). The schedule will be as follows:

Principal Scientist at Biognosys and Spectronaut main developer, Oliver Bernhardt will give a short introduction, presenting feature updates of the new release.

Guest speaker Prof. Dr. Christian Kelstrup (CPR - University of Copenhagen) will follow with an extensive overview of his experience using the new Spectronaut and its novel post-translational modification localization algorithm to analyze his phosphoproteomics data.

Dr. Florian Meier (MPIB - Martinsried, Germany; Matthias Mann Group) will round up the seminar by elaborating on Spectronaut's newly supported acquisition method, BoxCar DIA, and how it outperforms classic DIA.
